Additional identification for clients when using the digital channels of DSK Bank

According to the requirements of the European and local legislation and in order to provide a higher level of security of the remote channels, DSK Bank will require additional client authentication when using its digital channels.

In this regard, after September 14, 2019, every user must have a registered mobile number or installed mobile application DSK mToken for receiving one - time verification codes for additional identification in DSK Bank's electronic channels.

Clients who don't have a  registered mobile number or DSK mToken could request them at any office of the Bank.

DSK Direct users who have an already registered mobile number in the Bank could confirm it after logging into Internet banking.
